Here are some photos from a client shoot I shot on Friday that I am still in the process of editing. A new client hired me to shoot her daughter’s Sweet 16 celebration.

This super cool mom booked a hotel suite near the city and hired two hair and MUAs for her daughter and eight of her daughter’s closest friends. After the girls had their hair and makeup done, I shot their photos.

There were snacks and balloons everywhere, and music was blasting. I brought a few props and two different backgrounds and shot a combination of photo booth style images + headshots.

The girls warmed up quickly in front of the camera and took direction well. A few of the girls had their own pose ideas. I shot two looks of each girl. The group image above is just something I snapped before relocating everyone into the hotel lobby (because we needed a bigger space for the group shot), but it’s still an adorable image!!
